Technique is only part of the equation. The dancers who earn scholarships at conventions, make it into college programs, get cast in professional companies — they figured out the rest: recovery, better fuel for their body, mindset, and the movement habits that compound over time. That's what I help them build.

What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. The intention to help dancers who are feeling behind, looking for more growth, and maybe just need that extra guidance and attention is now available. Taking the time to listen, explore, and create specific plans with purpose at every turn is here. Pun intended. ;)
